Tell me one thing what were the Human Rights doing when innocent Hindus get killed (Godhra Train Carnage). Is it now a thumb rule that if you are talking of Hindu Rights you are a fundamentalist and if you talk of minority only then you are secular. Who the hell is Javed Akthar to give a verdict of Innocence to Sameer Khan it is for the Supereme Court to decide that !!! It is just becoming that wherever Muslims are minority they want Minority Rights and wherever they are in Majority they use Majority Might!!!

Akram, Godhra was not treated as communal riots, this is the report given by a commission which was put by Central government, Reports of commission says that Godhra killing was done intentionally and this can%u2019t be treated as riots and hence no punishment for the culprits. When Godhra killing is not treated as riots then how come post Godhra become riots and how come there should be punishment for post Godhra.

Why was post godhra rioters( majority were hindus, who belonged to RSS,VHP) not punished???
Why is it that only minorities are punished in this country!!! Whatever little justice a minority gets is only because of secularists.
As long as we secularists are alive, we will fight for justice and equality for all.

Sreekanth, I can understand your anger, but why do you think that minorities should be denied their rights in India.
Whats so wrong in asking for equal rights for minorities??? I believe in equal rights for everyone,,, do you believe in our constitution or not??? do you faith in our legal system or not???
