What sort of land were involved in both cases? Was Kalinganagar as fertile as Nandigram?

DID BJD/BJP CADRES GO TO KALINGANAGAR AND KILLED, RAPED PEOPLE ALONG WITH ORISSA POLICE AS SEEN IN NANDIGRAM?
