The punishment is too harsh keeping in mind the conditions in which Jawans are working. I feel measures as recomonded should be taken immediately and the Jawan in this particular case may be given life setence.

I say the sentence is too harsh. I have read some friend writting that is comment is too moderate, made by a looser, and the frinds name is B78ed. Friend if this jawan been a moderator and looser he would have killed his senior. Now do you want to foloow him.

All factors including service conditions would have been taken into consideration by the Army Court Martial before handing out the sentence.
