WHY ONLY GOVERNMENT? Y CANT CIVILIANS START A FUND FOR ARMYMEN OR DO THEIR BIT??

the problem is not in collecting a fund but in utilizing the fund....anyways we already have such a fund....we call it taxes...and enough of those are already collected....collecting a dew hundred rupees in addition would not make the armed forces any happier....they would reap benefits if funds r utilized properly...arms dealers and babus and politicos eat into our funds/taxes...this is something that needs to change....as for my contribution to the nation....i dont have the guts to join the armed forces...so my contribution is more civilion in the form of taxes and any additional funds that are raised.
