People who elect these crimnals do not think about the implications bcoz. they cast their vote on the basis of caste and religion without judging the candidates. It`s the weakness of the people that crimnals win the election in spite of being in jail. In states like UP & BIHAR this situation occures in every election due to peoples inclination towards castsism .Only low rate of literecy can`t be blamed since many literate people are inclined towards castsism. Multiple parties in the name of different caste & religion also make the people confused. Therefore, to eradicate the crimnals from the politics there should be two party system and the party or candidate whoever talk or do anything in favour of any particular caste or religion should be debarred from contesting any election in the future by the election commision.
