How does TV9 Channel knows about the blast time??? What they are doing at the time of blast? Did they know for live coverage?? no one questioned why? any idea?

Mr. Reddy the same day, TV9 clarified that their cameraman went to masjid to shoot a promo clipping for their new channel " Sanskriti". ok, but from one of the news paper i came a newly launched channel in bangladesh shown the clippings live. who is that who has sent that clipping to that channel. any how these media people exploit people by showing the clippings repeteadly. in my opinion there should be some protocol for showing these clippings repeatdely
