First of all, who asked Pakistan if it is a terrorist act or not? India already knows the moment the blast took place, Pakistan is behind it. My personal suggestion to Pakistan is - SHUT UP. They are scared coz world is going to blame them for the terrorist acts in India so in order to cover themselves they come up with such statements. Why does India waste time in conducting nuclear tests in some desert when we have a very clear target for nuclear tests - Pakistan.
