if somebody who creates terror is terrorist then media is the biggest terrorist,giving great importance to the acts of perverts

I agree 100%.
Media in attempting to get something sensational, some times manipulates the new items.
When there is a tragedy, these people encash by going on writing some thing or other, adding photographs, showing video clips.
Many times this agitate us instead of reminding us that this is the time when we must maintain integrity.
