Some pakistanis are hiding behind names like Vishal and are spreding rumours...... some people are categorically putting the blame on RSS, though we all know that Hyd is a ISI strong hold and that almost every terror attack in India is traced back to Hyd. Hyd is in the list of most security sensitive areas for the past 20 years. The bomb is a low intensity device and the blast is timed to minismise damage. Two bombs were left undetonated. The killers never intended to kill a lot of muslims, they only wanted to create panic and distrust. Had this been the work of a hindu organisation, whose aim is to kill as many muslims as possible, the strategy would have been different....This is truly the work of ISI
