Uttar Pradesh,Bihar,Jharkhand,Orrisa and Northeast states are backward states.Everyone in these states should be provided reservation in centrally funded educational institutes and central goverment jobs just for 10 yrs

karuna..not everyone..those who are economically poor and could not afford their living must be given reservation in every institution and government jobs. But those who are called backward based on the caste should not be given the privileges.
