by ambalam on May 16, 2007 02:17 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

A never ending story, they will not give judgement simplpy they will postpone and then they release all of them. Even if they punish they will apply at supreme court and then it takes another 20years, by that time all the convicted will be LATE. GOOD DEMOCRACY. There is no proctection for Common MAN, its only for politicains, terrorists and rich people. LONG LIVE DEMOCRACY.

U r right. We commoners have to leave our fate in these people's hands!
The judiciary itself is a bloody mockery of democracy, where everyone can MOSTLY find a loop hole in our OUTDATED LAWS. The politician-criminal nexus is an omnipotent truth. The ways of the Judicial system are absolutely frustrating. It makes us wonder if our society really deserves a Democracy?
Look at China. Without the blatant abuse of a Democracy, it has progressed rapidly on the international scenario. And mind you, we are light years away from even comparing ourselves to Developed ones like US, UK or Canada!
