yes he should be punished for anit national acts. He knows the truth, the mistake he has done, he should have accepted it long back but he didnt, above all he played with existing Law loopholes and enjoyed life, and now there is no way out, he has been started talking philosophy.
He should be punished as per law and there is no mercy shown to him, he wasted time and money of Courts.
