The socialists, the agents of chinese who carry our propaganda against the supposed 'subjects' and kill a few thousands of them for revolutions should be declared as the lowest caste. Mayavati's caste formulation doesn't do so, the socialists and murderers are not declared as lowest castes. So Mayavati formulation has limitations.

The Indian constitution provides for equality in terms opportunities for all as most vital part of fundamental rights, and the same constitution talks about reservation for certain castes; thus allowing contradictions.
Equality in opportunity does not mean equality in luck and fortunes. Unfortunately, you are looking at the later. Dalits and villages produce half a dozen children on an average and then seek reservation as part of equal opportunities. Why don't they realise that if they cannot bring up a battalion, why at all produce one sample after every ten months.

dear arun
we must follow one child norm of china. without that the population growth cannot be controlled. higher population with increasing per capita energy requirement will mean ruining of the ecology. already lot of forest land land has been converted into agricultural/indstrial land, air & rivers have become polluted.

i have seen brahmins with a dozen children,no exception .all poor tend to have more children as an insurance.one child norm is being relaxed by china.it creates many more problems.by the way, britain, germany and usa had 3-4% population growth during their industrialization phase.india is far lower.
