Encounter
by arungopal agarwal on May 11, 2007 05:41 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

The persons killed were criminals and anti nationals, Govt. is wasting time and manpower in its enquiry, as it serves politics. the money comes from a common man!s pocket by way of taxes.
Though in technical rigid sense, police is not allowed to have such fake encounters, but to politicalise it is also not a healthy sign.
I will appreciate, if a system is improved for quick judgement in case of criminals etc.,etc.,so that a law abiding common man is effected.
In the present scene, our Police Officers deserve medals as they have reduced the burden on our mother land.

so therefore, we may justly cast aspersions on your family -- say your mom, call her a terrorist with just allegations to back it up, and ask that she be imprisoned?

all i am saying that that you cannot use the word "criminal" unless due process has been applied. these folks were in police custody at the time the "encounters" took place, and were not yet tried. if you merely allege that another human is a criminal, he or she does not become one.
