Absolutely right. Why should BJP apologize. What has been highlighted on the CD is a chronology of the anti-national activities of the muslim minority. Is the EC blind ? Before asking BJP to apologize it should also adjudicate if the contents of the CD are the truth about the minority. Will it ban all secular parties who are supporting the indulgence of the minorities in grave crimes and anti-nationalism ? Will it ban Laloo and his RJD for shahabuddin ?

It could be a case of jurisdiction. I don't think Shahabuddin's or Congress' year round antics fall under EC jurisdiction. That should be taken care of by the courts. The CD was brought out with an eye on the election which is why the EC took action. I think we should beat up the courts rather than EC which is doing its job.

If the CD contains truth than why BJP is not accepting that it created it? It was just a gimmick for vote bank politics. BJP/RSS all should be banned in India. Any political party using religion for getting votes and coming in power should be banned

Macguffin, A good attitude doesn't necessarily mean ignore everything and take things as they come. Protesting and difference of opinion are part of democracy. Supporting BJP doesn't mean pulling country down ( I always believe in the opposite of that).

BJP hs every right to circulate the CDs. Why are the secular parties and organizations like congress, bsp, LeT, SIMI, ULFA afraid of such CDs?
The following Videos are show in sevrral secular countries. Why not in India?
