The states which has not been developed considerably well are those states whose people sticks to only one party. The strenght of democracy is the flexibility of the people to vote any party. But people because of blind support,casteism,psedo protection & appeasement sticks to the one party & vote in same pattern & result of that, development is lost in those states. Look west bengal ,bihar, UP.
