Lets make Narendra Modi/Nitish Kr./S M Krishna/Chandra Babu/Sheila Dixit Chief minister of UP and automatically the State will see development. Seven phase election is kudos to the EC otherwise their would have been widespread violence. Kudos also to T N Seshan to make sleepy EC to Monumental giant
