We should not discuss comunal angle .Question is- if fake encounter O.K for killing criminals? Is it justified in view of the delays and loopholes in our judicial system ? Every state is involved in to some type of fake enconters .Can we justify killing in panjab to counter terrorism ?we want to give teeth to police to contain bad elements .Some checks need to be evolved so that police is bridled .
