Journalists are not supposed to react on the basis of a region, language, caste and creed. This picture with slogan shows photographer\'s intension to take a short-cut to THROW LIGHT on HIMSELF. Really STUPID thing.

in reply to mr susheels message, i think the photographer sees the humourous side of UP rather than trying to throw light on himself. I think its very creative and hilarious.
