I think this young man is a Mental Case & needs medical help urgently. I am ready to do Community Service by sponsoring his expenses.

Hello , I don't drink alcohol ,and I never will .
If death is what you want go ahead with it .
It's a pity that you belong to same country that produced great non-violent leaders like Gandhi,Vivekananda,Sai Baba ,Buddha etc .
Your sickening attitute is a disgrace to the above great men .
I am only asking to give the boy a chance to resurrect his life through some good causes .

All I would say that the punishement should be harsh enough to make the fear good enough for others to learn.

You never have talked sense , and are only here to entice people here . Think Practically For Alister .
Money .. No Problem
Jail Sentence .. No Problem , Will be given a 5 star compartment where he can drink and party .

I said about community service ,Yeah he has to go to the slum and understand reality of life . This would be leasson to him ,Again ,If properly implemented .

You are just like a billions in this country nutmeg by few people to run away from reality through films, politics and media

Just read all the conversations on the topic. Kishore started the topic on one point and changed it midway and is talking about rehabilitating Alister. Understand on thing Kishore, had the people on the Footpath been injured (not seriously) then I would have agreed to the Community Service part. But understand, quite a few of them have been killed. And mind you, iut was not a normal accident, but it happened because of GROSS NEGLIGENCE of the young man, who acted IRREPONSIBLY and drove his car inspite of being drunk. Now here again, I am not asking for a Capital Punishment. But it cannot be a 6 month term. He has to be penalised with a longer term and also with a higher compensation the Community Service. It should be such that people would think a 1000 times before driving after being drunk

There's your Homi Bimal .
I never changed my stance , I just evolved the statement it when poeple started putting unnecessary accusation towards me on a two way problem (i.e driver and dead people).
They wanted to destroy a unfortunate boy's life without knowing the person ( heak, Even I don't know him). But being sensible I talked about giving the boy a second chance .
Everybody is entitled for second chance in life ,If he improves it will inturn be good for the country ,If not thorw him in the garbage can (i.e jail) where he belongs

Now I understand why you are being hated by members out here. You have an huge ego problem. You stared by having pity on Alistair and then when you got the backlash you conviniently changed the topic to rehabilitation. Common Kishore, you are acting like a b****y politician. And I think you are making comments with half knowledge, which is even more dangerous. I am sure you must not be aware of Alistair's statement after the accident, I produce it for you & you may reconfirm it with NDTV, he said "I have not done anything wrong". Boss, this attitude after committing such a crime tells volumes about the character of Alistair. If this is how you think, then you would want similar punishments for Rape & Murder too. Get a life Kishore. Punishments should be such that other RASCALS should avoid doing the Crime. But again, I am sure you wont stop blowing your own trumpet.
