Reservation should be based on Income. Basically reservation meant for people who don't have opportunity to have a kind of education that other people normally city people.
For OBC, First criteria is Income. If this is the case who are all against this reservation may argue to Govt to make strict on OBC certificate issue and not for this policy. Even this is true for SC/ST as well. I do see people in my college(IIT) who is under SC/ST category have Laptop and and all. If a person has an ability to buy a Laptop then he must have money to study in good school and coaching centre.
Also I would like to answer to one of the Folk who said why people from a rural side and poor family backround want to always begging habit.
Folk, if we baggers are not there you will not have rice to eat, you wont have cloth to wear. and your life start to stink.
For your Information there are so many DR.APJ still selling news paper and doing part time job. if at all they are given chance you guys will under them. Dont get scared to see people from rural side growing.
