What is the need for a Bandh for OBC Quota Stay? The stay in quota is only for IITs and IIMs. I don't know why people make so much of noise just for nothing. Unless creamy layer among OBCs are eliminated the real benefit of the quota is not going to reach the deserving people.

these OBCs don't have any work, throughout their life they only beg. They don't want to put any effort, beggers can't change their attitude.
