nitish feel proud of bihar for once

to read something nice abt bihar after only bad news & allus & lallus this is refreshing, we all in the cities should do something to bring up the more unfortunate of us indians who had the unfortune to be born in states like bihar & then compounded with BAD GOVERNANCE by vile politicians.God bless Nitish Kumar
