We are aware about ground realities of Bihar. Now we have to think it is blood of people to become criminal or situation that prevail make them to do that. I have full faith that if we make little attempt to improve bihar in terms of education,poverity eradication and other Infrastructure it will make great impact on life of bihari and situation. But who is interested in doing that ? that is biggest question
