it is amazing to note how rigid people can become in their resposnes even in the face of pure logic.....how can data based on a survey done in 1931 be used 50 years later to establish that reservations are needed by so called backward classes. If you do a survey today, all the so called OBC's and their backwardness will vanish overnight given their current levels of prosperity.
I think the minsters brains are fossilised and he seems to be living in the past where anything could be foisted on the public...not anymore.
