These Chinese (sorry everything nuclear in Pakistan is Chinese) Nuke power plants would also be used to give more power to terrorists.

Mr Nadar:
Perhaps you did not study physics and so do not know that one needs a nuclear reactor to produce plutonium for making bombs!
In fact that was the primary reason for building nuclear reactors - the power generated was a bonus.
