If so, probably first by TMC when high court took a decision for enquiry with no formal procedures

if you imagine high court/supreme court who bent from right direction by pressure of Central/State Neta's then who save the men If high court give direction to the CBI enquiry against mass killing by any body or authorities. where there is wrong.
