1.Land owners should be given the a share of 15% in the company , which subsequently divided into the individual land owners based on the area own by him .
2. Company would not be allowed to sell the land . The owner ship of the land should be with the owners and after death of one ownership should go to next generation and so on .
3. Employment of one person in suitable post based on skill to run his family as his families earning will be ceased from the land .
4. Industries should be set up on non fertile land .At max. it should not take more than 50% agricultural land .

But the fact is that the farmers, who are the real affected one, are not the owners of the lands. The landowners might be happy to sell if they get a heavy compensation...but what about those farmers...they know only farming...what will they do...rehabilitation for them must be thought first and then any aquisition.

Rosy dreamer!! What do you mean not more than 50% fertile land? Do you then understand that WB would never have any SEZ or industry?
Why 15% of company shares? Let them negotiate. Who are you to come up with figures? Only your poinr number 3 makes some sense.
