With due respect to the scholalrly gauge of the interviewee, here are few points,if at all comparison can be done between INDIA & PAKISTAN: 1)Fabric of Country INDIA:Secular PAKISTAN:ISLAMIC 2)Military coup for power siezures INDIA:0 PAKISTAN:5 3)Elected Government INDIA:14 PAKISTAN: 3 4)Internatnl debts:INDIA:$42bn PAKISTAN:$32.5bn 5)GDP'04 INDIA:$650 bn PAKISTAN:$94.80 bn 6)Eco. Growth Rate(1Q '06) INDIA:9.3% PAKISTAN:8.4% 7)Minority Population INDIA:20 mn PAKISTAN: ?? 8)Wars Initiated INDIA: None PAKISTAN: 3(2.5 by Interviewee's own admission) So basically You can't compare a mamoth as diverse as INDIA to a tiny bit of theocracy called PAKISTAN.Only God will decide the course of future but PAKISTAN is no more than a nuisance creating fly on INDIA's radar & one polite request to interviewee, instead of calling us you INDIANS, call us as INDIANS.We don't demean you better be careful in your words towards us.

Get your stats right. India is hardly a Secular state because see the Hindu Fundamentalist (BJP)who very proudly say that they are a pure Hindu state. When you talk of wars they were pushed on us by India they attacked us in 65 & than later on in 71 broke half of Pakistan (this has been even confessed by Rahual Ghandi recently)Yes, maybe the 1/2 war was Pakistan's adventure. We had at least 8 elected Govts. plus we have a different culture, not like yours where the rich buys vote from the poor and then say that we have Democracy.
You Indians are so much afarid of PK that all your time & energy is put in countering Pakistan. And look at us we are at much more ease because we have you Indians to worry. Our minority population is about 7% and that too is living in much more peace not like in IND where Hindus are forcing & killing Christians to convert, we don't have any such example. Proud Pakistani.
