Exercise - As Important as Daily Bread & Butter

Its a known fact from Centuries that Exercise gives every creature on the earth an added strength so far the body & brain is concerned. Its more imperative for human being to adopt practice of doing the exercises regularly which not only assign strength by keeping the blood circulation on but also increase the chances of life. A brain with regular exercise works more powerfully. A daily meditation does also improve your brain power.

Rightly said Anil, the Saints & Seers have been saying since ages regarding this mind & body phenomenon. Lazy to wake up early morning then it is Body has control over the mind, in fact the reverse is true.
