I am a diabetic and research shows that moderate exercise helps to balance blood sugar level in the body, and i've experienced this personally and also this is only one of the many advantages of doing regular exercise...of course u'll find exceptions in every thing so body builders may be that exception here(LOL, although i dont agree with this

Bob ...
I guess ... having brains is not going to prove you are GENIUS ... you also need to train your brain in order to do amazing things ... nothing happens on its own! As the saying goes ... 'SHARPEN YOUR AXE' ...
By the way ... Noble prize is given to different type of people ... and not necessarily they should be the most brilliant in the world ... in stead ... they need to be DIFFERENT and EFFECTIVE!

Hey dude, people like you are good for nothing. So, being a fatso is good for the brain? Exercising doesnt mean body building. It could be just keeping yourself fit.

Looks like you seriously need some exercise to make your brain work.

Buddy body builders and exercising are entirely unrelated areas..exercising could mean just jogging/cycling/swimming etc..Body building is not an exercise..It's harmful as well in extremes because of the consumption of steroids etc.. And that body builders have no brains is a myth..Arnold and Slyvester Stallone achievd so much without brains..not possible..They've got to be shrewd as well..
Bob Jindal..you've got your facts all wrong..I guess you are the couch potato types!!!That's a good excuse to yourself not to exercise..but does not convince anyone else!!!

Actually , nobel prize or any 'brain achievement" is a result of endeavour in that field for years. A body builder's endeavour is to build body. He/ she may have an excellent brain , but due to dedication to body does not use it as much as person with "brain achievement" does.
