When a person(mainly if he is economically poor) kills someone then he is a murderer.
When a celebraty kills someone then it is an accident,-as Navjyot singh Sidhu.
When Politicians kill a few people then it is just an incident.
But why law shd be like this????????????
Politicians and socially powerfull person shd get extreme punishment for this kind of incidents. Celebraties shd get punishment in less than politicians for the same incident. And one poor common fellow shd get lesser punishment than celebraties. But no one will support it as poor common fellows has lost the strenghth to speak long bk.

NO 1- The factory set up by tata can be step just on opp road of same land(thogh it not cultivation), without disturbing farmers.The Tata will set up factory which will be fully automatic & employemnt created over their will be hardly 500 person & only peons & stewrards will be from bengal rest engineeers will be of mumbai or chennai. Reason number 2- The killing of innocent in nadigram itself shows that he is not human being at any cost he wants industrilization because of not development because his govt had taken money fro tatas & salim . be human first than cpim cadre ok.
