Budhdha has got a mandate of people. He should stay. People with less than 30 or soem with no seats, criminals like Naxals and Media which hardly understand what we Bengalees need and want today do not hav any moral righ to ask him to resign.
Let him do his job and Nandigram i snot a land issue - it is a political war of CPM vs muslim and other parties do not misrepresent the case

The media and the intellectuals have to step up pressure and see that buddha resigns, let anyone else replace him from the left front or let bengal go in for a fresh round of elections.Buddha resignation will send across the message that No CM of any state can get away by grabbing land and later killing the right full land owners in cold blood.history will never pardon india if we let a person with Stalins, Hitlers, Saddams, Dweyer mindset to continue. In fact he should be treid for murder arrested immediately and put behind bars for getting poor helpless women raped, young children orpahned, young men maimed. His atrocities sounds very similar to what Hitler did aginst the Jews.

Dear Bob...there's a difference between land aquisition and land grabbing....land aquisition with adequate compensation is constitutional...its happening all across India....all the roads, highways and canals/dams are constucted on land taken by aquisation...then we need to amend the constitution inself or according to you ask all the CMs and even the PM to resign....Regards...Tirtha

dear bosky will you give me your house/home/property just because i want to setup a factory on that and i will decide the price i pay you.if you dont agree i throw you out, fence your property and the protestors will be raped, maimed and orphaned by the very same police who is supposed to protect you. waht do you call this. it is people like you who has given the despot buddha the confidence to do such things since he knows he can get away with it.

Buddhadeb shuld continue for the sake of Bengal.
We need jobs and not lectures from Intellectuals.Ratan Tata is a far better option than Medha Patekar or Mahashweta Devi as none of them can provide a single job to a youth. So industrialization should continue.

Yes, he has got the mandate. But it doesn't mean that he can do whatever he wants. There is rule for everybody and he is answerable to the public when he does some wrong thing.
