Please also include developement of agriculture ! Unless U are self sufficient in food there is NO meaning in anything.

First use up the lands - like acres of old, closed factories, barren lands, jungles which can be disposed without causing eco concern.

If you use up the agro land now what will be your reserve for future say 20 years or 50 or 100 years from now ??

Think of new construction methods - just becoz they have not been done does not mean they cannot be done - instead of spreading a flat factory over acres start vertical multimulti storey structure facory to build cars.

No body has denied land acquistion : the question is what land, how much land and in what way !!!!!!!!!
