With due respect for Umaji, Yogi Adityanath is not just a Member of Parliament.
He is spiritual head of Nath Sampraday, a Kashtriya sect.
The word "Gurkha" - Nepali fighters, is derived from the word Gorakhnath, whose principal Prist is Yogiji.
He is needed to spiritually united people of Terai (nepal), northern India bordering Nepal who are under attack from anti-Hindu Maoists, Missionaries and ISI.
Yogiji is upset because BJP gave some tickets to Apna Dal whose areas of strength is also Eastern UP.
I hope, he will not scuttle BJP's chances in UP. because of his legitimacy, might is added with Kurmis, BJP led NDA will win almost all seats in Eastern UP.

Bhaskar, Ask any Quizzer in Calcutta. The Word Gorkha comes from 'Go Rakshak; - The protector of cows or the shepherd. Hindu again is the description of people who lived in the land of Indus.(Refer to Continent of Circe by Nirad C Chaudhury.)Itis infact not the name of the religion we practise. The greatest strencgth of Sanatan Dharma (Hnduism) is its tolerance. If you feel so strongly about Hinduism, please go back to Tagore to learn about love of Humanism above Religion.
