I guess Honbl High Court has made a mistake- it should have asked to form a enquirey commisssion with B. Bhattacharya as its head & other CPI-M memebers as its members- afterall the results will be same as CBI enquiery- infact we can expect a conclusion with this commission- where as with CBI time= sky is the limit (remember Q case?)
