Cannot the WB govt offer TATA's land elsewhere ? I think it has become basically an ego problem of the Marxist Govt and TATA's as they dont want to be the first to blink. I also do not understand why big industrialists have to be constantly given sops so that they can lecture to others about competition , excellence, and what not about their great managerial and enterprenurial skills in facing challenges of globalisation. Can they not pay the fair and market prices for their inputs ? Or is it a conspiracy to deprive the poor of their only means of livelihood.
