BENGAL TROUBLE
by on Mar 15, 2007 03:45 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

I think bengalis are both very intelligent and also sometimes emotional....

Don't they need industrialisation...are they planning to drive away investments in bengal...

Hey ask all those who want to invest(including TATA's to come to chennai or south.. we give you every thing...and also employment for all educated bengalis...let all uneducated remain in bengal and die with Mamtha Banarji...already we have many bengali film stars in tamil..so why not educated bengalis in chennai....come let us work together..we respect intelligent and hardworking bengalis.

bengalis are not stupid,it's just that they are sensible enough to realise what's right and what's wrong for the entire state, and mind u,it's not only bengalis who are residing here, various people from other states also stay here who are in opposition of the acquisition of land at nandigram and singur.

Why Bengalis want to be away from industrialization? It seems that Mamta has trapped all the people who are illterate to fulfill her set goal, the ambition, to become the CM of Begal. She could dream big things, but not at the cost of innocent lives of farmers. She is playing with fire. All educated people join hands and educate the farmers and focuss the need for Bengal to be one amongst the well developed states. My sympathies to the families who have lost their dear and near ones.

By us I meant South India.

I am now bracing for some abuse - I have earlier been called a coconut tree climber. I thought it was funny and had a good laugh

Why flare up and play provincial egoism when so many poor people lost their lives?
