Their war against the non-Muslims has resulted in the current war of civilizations. Between India and Isreal there lies a sea of humanity which is brainwashed to believe that the current life is just Jihad, the true life begins after death.
From the mosques in Birmingham, UK to the Deobandi madrasas in Pakistan, to the Wahabi centers in Saudi Arabia, we are witnessing a dangerous and confrontational uniformity of Islamic views that advocates slaughter or subjugation of non-Muslims as the single most important tenent of their faith.
In UK mosques, the mullahs openly preach beating of Women, subjugating the 'Kaffirs' and ultimately ruling the world.
In Peshawar Pakistan, the Taliban are brainwashing kids to hate the non-Muslims.
Currently India and Israel are the front-line states, fighting to keep these Wahabist Muslims out of their countries. This is a civilizational war, because if we don't wake up now, our freedom, our basic right to live will be threatened by these hordes.
The Islamic faith (if there ever was one to begin with) is based on jihad. Their only right to existence in this world is to fight.
They question our rights, they question our faiths, they question our tolerance, they question our diversity, they question our culture, our societal traditions, our very way of life.
They will not sit still unless we all become Muslims. They will not sit still unless we bow our heads either to their Quran or to their 'swords' (term here is used metaphorically).
India has to re-build its security doctrine, it needs a more flexible doctrine that can locate and annhilate small terrorist groups or enemies that do not wear military uniforms rather they live and operate from within our own country. It has to strengthen its Intelligence agencies. We need a different mind-set, a mindset of complete vigilance and fast analysis of gathering threats.
Our enemies is no longer the Pakistani regular army, but its the transcending nature of a faith that does not require tanks or artillery. It is hidden, amorphous challenge which India must respond to and mold its security planning accordingly.

You should also mention that such ills also plague non-Muslim societies. But these people are in minority - thanks to the attitude of the majority.
Hitler's "Theory of Aryan Supremacy" could be proved wrong only defeating his supporters! Is this where this "War on Terror" heading? Should the rest of the non-Muslim world get together to rout them and prove them wrong?

Subbu: India it too big and diverse to ruled on the basis of one "ism". RSS people would like to re-Hinduise Akhand Bharat - but this will backfire and the sub-continent would be re-balkanized!
It took one "great-soul" to invoke the consciousness of the Indian nation and unite it. If not for this, the country would have been divided on ligutistic lines first and sub-divided along caste and community lines proving Winston Churchill right.

Quran says 'The Blind, deaf and dumb will remain ignorant for the rest of the life'. Islam faced hardles in the past and it is facing now and it will survive. Even the whole world media stands against Islam they can not stop the truth. Even today Islam is the fastest growing religion in US and Europe. Instead of fearing from false propagonda what you hear about Islam in Media, beter work for your own religion/society. Net warriors can not bring change in the society, you need a stronger faith.
