First of all we dnt really knw dat Pathan was involved or not.. The court will decide it. So wht if sanjay dutt is rich. He is acquitted as terrorist and his basis for probation of good conduct is valid. After he was charged of crimes did he made more mistakes or rather he just worked in films and did gave back to society through entertainment he provided & charities we dnt really knw of?
