Not a good precedent

I don't know how Sunjay Dutt is considered less guilty than the other convicted? It is not a good precedent at all. Others feeling bias is a natural thing.

Sanjay dutt is a actor and he is able and do give back to society and he is currently not involved in those immature thing he used to do aka drugs and getting ak 47 for his own/family security. think abt it .. there is no reason for him 2 involve in terrorist activities. he was just immature and now it doesnt make sense to keep him in jail.

You are giving verdict or opinion? What do you think of those who were arrested on similar charges but are now convicted (by the HONEST police etc.). Don't have rational feelings. You must be aware of the recent Naxalite attacks. What is the follow-up of law in those cases? Do we have to expect any positive outcome?
