Mulayam has no faith in judiciary

Obviously. He knows the judicial system and judges in particular better than us.

If you have faith in judiciary, look at Jessica Lall, Priyadarshini Matoo, Nitish Katara, Lalu fodder scam, JMM scam, etc, etc, etc.
