Must be making plans against Indian people (not politicians) with ISI and musharraf.

To smoke out that rat you have to kill more rats like him - than he will come out in open and you can kick his butt...and he should not be tried..instead he should be taken to Gitmo,Cuba for life...

No technology can catch him...they need to rely on human intel and they should be train in his idealogy...
