Officials of the Neighbouring Countries usually quietly negotiate such joint sessions in the spirit of tackling the hard nitty -gritty of muzzling terrorist activities without sledging or rival finger-pointing as to wheter who is dirtier than the other! Unfortunately , Indo-Paki conclaves of Offials , or their Political Bosses never succeed in side-stepping such rhetorical bickerings..as yet. We face ugly embarrassments despite diplomatic savvy courtesies in every socalled Peace Initiative or Confidence Building Measure. IT appears to be tokenism marred by ever present spleen as the hangover of past bitter passions over of Partition and its diabolical legacy even after two generations and more...D.Goel
