1. IT/BPO/foreign banking can not make everybody rich and run country. What will happen tomorrow if china and South America can do cheaper job than India. Remember west does not love India but they love Indian cheap hi-tech labor. 2. Cutting down the trees and agriculture on the cost of hi-tech industry will not solve average man problem. Everybody eats bread and veggie everyday. If there is no land left for agriculture then no food. Few smart people try to convince profit and loss in term of agriculture and industrial profits. 3. I know good job, salary, technology and all the latest gadgets are important in life and for country. But we also need clean air, water, lakes, rivers, big urban parks, unspoiled jungles, high octane number fuel for automobiles, civilized society, good garbage and sanity disposal system, clean public transport, good social security, public services and public health care. We need place for walking, running, hiking, swimming pools, river rafting, cycling, skiing, boating and all sorts of sports activities for public.

We needs balanced growth!!!
By growing industrially, it not necessirly spoil whole Indian Agriculture!!! We have lot of waste land which doesn't produce anything, we can very well utilize them by growing industries. E-commerce site can grow on any soil, it needs only some mineral water forthe people who operate the site.
Regarding air purity, we can enforce strict standard on smoke.
Regarding global air purity, we cannot control anything, better don't talk about that.
