When common people die due to train accident or any thing.So Govt gives one lakh compensation to victims.same thing should be done to leader who killed.Starting from south. 1. TN engaged with LTTE. 2 AP, Kar,CS,Mah,MP,Orissa,WB,Bihar Jharkand are addicted with Nax. 3.North East is linked with Extermist. so which part is left in India.even industralised gujrat is effected with Hindu fanatics.so which state is left.its due to policies done by polltical party and upper caste leaders.so common people has to suffer.
