they are uselesly blaming the naxals...its very clear its the work of bjp who wanted to retain the jsr costituency...its the work of bhiku s what the locals call for outsiders...surely a strong protest from the local people is in the offering

BJP and other upper caste hindu groups in that region do have a very violent record. I don't understand why their role can be ruled out on this one?
