Americans always mention National interest. America is with Pakistan not because they support pakistan. They are using pakistan. As far as Musharaff obeys American orders he is safe or else he will is gone like Saddam. America always has plan B, C, D.... I think American soldiers enter into Pakistan freely to kill the terrorists. But for political reason Musharaff denies. Poor Musharaf is caught between Devil and Deep Sea. One thing if for sure. In todays political world nobody is friends or either enemies. Everything is dictated by the National interest.

i aggree with ur statement "Everything is dictated by the National interest", but is true from American prospectiv. As far as our country is concerned, it not the national interest, but the vote interest(minority appeasement politics) -Debasis
