Wait and see this case will not be pursued beyond a point when Mulayam or his party strikes a deal in polls or support the next government at the centre. Please do not attach too much importance to this news. CBI is sure doing their job but can not enforce action without the blessings of those vested interests in power. That is the fate of coruption cahrges, defamation cahrges, criminal/political charges involving politicians, commissions of enquiry etc. etc. Pray for sanitization of indian politics.
