crumbling mumbai can be saved by making it a separate state or UT...mumbai and around have almost 2 crore population...it needs better management..and that is only possible when it is made separate state.

why only mumbai ?? let's make every state of india as separate country ?? we will have visa procedure for entering in every new country,,so mass migration will have some checks on it
